Recommended Nutrition Program
 Morning (as soon as you wake up):

Add 1-3 capfuls of the HERBALIFE Aloe concentrate to 4 oz. of cold water.
Aloe helps and aids in the daily natural body cleansing and to kill parasite in children's digestive systems.
Alleviates problems with gastritis, colitis, constipation, acid reflux, gas, etc.
Morning (a few minutes after the aloe concentrate):

Pour 1/2 tspn of Herbalife Herbal Tea in 8 oz of hot or warm water and enjoy.
This great Herbal tea is made up of 22 plants that work to enhance your
health. It is served hot to aid in fat burning and good digestion and
served cold as a refreshing drink to keep you energized through out
the day and burn body fat as the day goes by. Increases your energy
levels, diminishes swelling, reduces pain, reduces fever, and it helps
with mental alertness, and will kill your cravings for sweets.
Contains green tea which has been used by Orientals to prevent the
signs of aging due to it’s high content of antioxidants.

Breakfast:  Blend 4 oz of water & 4 oz of ice, 2 scoops of powder
Herbalife Shake mix. You may add 2 oz. of fresh or frozen fruit. Add 1 scoop of
Personalized Protein Powder and 1 scoop of Active fiber.
